Taco Casa es Su Casa

Taco Casa is a small place that is located at the corner of Victory Pkwy and E. McMillan St. in Cincinnati. The exterior of the restaurant does not look very appealing. However, as is the case with many restaurants, there is more to it than meets the eye. The interior has a cozy, clean and overall appealing atmosphere. The woman at the cash register was polite and the food came in a timely manner. One of the main things that drew me to Taco Casa was the fact that on their sign, they boast that they have the "best taco salad in Cincinnati." Naturally, I needed to try that taco salad. I ordered the large. I assumed that they would have the usual "large" taco salad that you feel you paid way too much for. I was mistaken. It came in a large to go container that was filled with chips and toppings. As I ate it, I realized that there was no way I would be able to finish it. My only concern with the taco salad was that there was a high salad to meat ratio. I would like to see a bit more meat for my buck. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience. I give Taco Casa a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Is this the place that you took me? I'd like to demand more details: How was the meat cooked? What all was in the taco salad?? What was the sauce like? And how does it compare with the other local places? :)

This was not the place I took you. That is going in the next review. The salad has your standard ground beef, lettuce, tomato, sour cream.
